Sabine Yacht and Racquet Club

This 11th floor Sabine Yacht & Racquet Club condo has been beautifully renovated and professionally decorated. Conveniently located at the back door and the front entrance is a shower area with a hose for rinsing the sand off yourself and your belongings.

The condo has a 42-foot front balcony facing the Gulf, connecting both bedrooms and the living room. As said before, one bedroom has a queen size bed and the other a king.

Including a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, the large refrigerator with ice maker can hold the groceries that will save you hundreds of dollars compared to eating out every meal.  Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville Hotel and LandShark Landing are right across the street for your pleasure. 

Sabine Yacht & Racquet Club has the best of both worlds when it comes to the perfect vacation – the Gulf of Mexico out the front door and protected Little Sabine out the back. It’s an easy walk to all Pensacola Beach restaurants, shops, night clubs, events and attractions on the wide bike/walk path or the use of the free trolley rides during summer time; the beach trolley stop is right out front too! 

If you enjoy fishing, boating, or just catching little sea creatures then the back lawn of Little Sabine might be the surprise bonus of your vacation. The wonderful area with its calm water and abundant sea life in the grass beds is great for smaller kids and moms desiring more private sunbathing.

The Sabine side lawn is perfect for fish fries, cook outs, day canopies, and beautiful sunsets. Most of our guests are actually locals that anchor their boat out back for fishing or shuttling to the numerous sites on the island.
