It’s an easy walk to all Pensacola Beach restaurants, shops, night clubs, events and attractions on the wide bike/walk path or the use of the free trolley rides during summer time; the beach trolley stop is right out front too!
If you enjoy fishing, boating, or just catching little sea creatures then the back lawn of Little Sabine might be the surprise bonus of your vacation. The wonderful area with its calm water and abundant sea life in the grass beds is great for smaller kids and moms desiring more private sunbathing.
The Sabine side lawn is perfect for fish fries, cook outs, day canopies, and beautiful sunsets. Most of our guests are actually locals that anchor their boat out back for fishing or shuttling to the numerous sites on the island.
