This get-away paradise invites you in with high/vaulted ceilings, soothing colors, a large loft with a king-size bed, a desk/office area, and a quaint yet gorgeous full bath. A half-wall allows a view of the lower level while providing privacy for the bedroom area.

The main level provides an updated, fully-equipped kitchen including stainless steel appliances- dishwasher, glass-top stove and oven, cookware, flatware, dishes, coffeemaker, blender, etc., and a large refrigerator with ice maker. A plus if you’re not wanting to eat out every meal!

The counter-height bar gives a full view of the living room and balcony area. There is a half-bath on this level.

The full-width balcony reveals a view of both the Gulf of Mexico and Little Sabine (protected quiet water)! Gorgeous sunsets can be viewed from the loft area!

Something you don’t find often on the beach is covered parking, but we’ve got you covered!

The white sand and clear emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico are just across the street. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are available for you to rent during your vacation. (seasonal)

If you enjoy fishing, boating, or just catching little sea creatures, then the back lawn on Little Sabine might be the surprise bonus of your vacation. With its calm waters and abundant sea life in the grass beds, the area is perfect for fish fries, cookouts, day canopies, and beautiful sunsets!

Some guests bring and anchor their boat out back for fishing or shuttling to the numerous sites on the island.

At the north end of the complex, there is an outdoor shower and hose area to rinse the sand off you and your items before entering the building.

The location of Sand Dollar is walking distance (with a wide walk/bike path) or trolley (seasonal) to an abundance of restaurants, shops, the pier, and much, much more- for your perfect vacation!
